We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping* from our warehouses in Australia, China (by ePacket or EMS) and the USA (by USPS) on all orders above $50.00.

Some orders may take up to 45 business days (excluding our 2-5 day processing time) to get delivered when fast shipping options are not available.

We are proud to offer international shipping services to our beloved customer. Unfortunately, there are some locations that we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.


Shipping times vary based on customer location and selected shipping type during checkout. These are our estimates:

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes tracking is not available for some shipping options. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.



It is required and necessary that you provide your full address details, accurately, during the checkout phase when making an order. If you provide a wrong or an incomplete shipping address, you risk not receiving the order on time and the order will be returned back to our depots. Customer will then incur any shipping costs required to resend the product back to her/him once their shipping address has been updated correctly. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery times, or for any additional costs, if you provide a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
